Bel Drive Dental in Omaha, NE is seeking a Dental Customer Service Specialist/Scheduler to join our growing team. The role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a smooth front desk workflow with a patient-first approach.

Two-plus years in dental customer service is required, along with dental office experience. Dentrix Ascend experience is preferred, and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success in our fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental customer service experience.
• Dental office experience required.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service!
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments to keep schedules full for our amazing patients!
• Check patients in and out at the front desk
• Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests very timely
• Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
• Help create a positive, professional clinic environment for everyone!
