Job summary

Support, Inc. is recruiting for a Clinical/Behavioral role in Colorado.

You will provide consultation and counseling to adults with developmental disabilities receiving Medicaid waiver services, and develop individualized treatment plans for services delivered in homes and community settings. You will train family members and host-home providers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to regional operations while meeting monthly productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Two years of direct clinical experience or supervised experience.
• Colorado driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
• Background screening required before offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and counseling to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving Medicaid waiver services.
• Develop individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans for services delivered in homes and community settings.
• Consult with and train family members and host-home providers on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic support.
• Meet monthly billed-unit productivity goals.
• Participate in regional leadership meetings to review operations and plan regional events.
