Job summary

Support, Inc. is seeking a licensed clinical professional to join the Clinical/Behavioral team in Colorado. This full-time position reports to the Director of Residential Services and features a schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Thursday after orientation.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and licensure, plus monthly productivity incentives. You will provide consultation and counseling to adults with developmental disabilities, conduct

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Two years of experience working directly with a clinical population, or related experience under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Valid Colorado-issued driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
• Ability to complete a background screening before an offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and counseling to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive Medicaid waiver services.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans for services delivered in homes and community settings.
• Consult with and train family members and host-home providers on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic support to people receiving services.
• Meet individual and team monthly billed-unit productivity goals.
• Participate in regional leadership meetings with Residential and Day Services representatives to review regional operations, solve problems, and plan and execute regional events.
