Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Clinical Coordinator of Unhoused Programs to lead PSH/DDX and OCI Community services, supervise staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery. The role includes field engagement, intakes, crisis support, and housing stability oversight to meet resident needs.

The position requires clinical supervision responsibility, program management experience, and knowledge of documentation, billing, and contracts within homeless services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred for intake responsibilities.
• Experience supervising staff and program management preferred.
• Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and SUD preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, billing, grant/contract compliance, and housing-program operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into clear expectations, measurable service outcomes, and coordinated work plans for assigned programs.
• Supervise staff through meetings, field observation, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily operations: intakes, service coordination, resident compliance, crisis response, and housing stability activities.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, licensing, contract, grant, payer, billing, and ethical requirements across programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to coordinate referrals, placement, clinical services, housing supports, and stakeholder relations.
