Job summary

The role includes supervision of the Clinical Team, coordination of resident care, and oversight of intake and documentation processes, with a strong emphasis on Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years post-master's experience; includes 1–2 years of supervisory work.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and homelessness; comfort with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Clinical Team and interns.
• Set up interviews for prospective residents and discuss placements with the team.
• Complete required governmental and agency reports.
• Deliver individual psychotherapy and crisis intervention as needed.
• Assign cases and review progress notes; ensure services and housing are maintained.
• Develop assessment systems to ensure compliance with standards; oversee trainings.
• Coordinate care and referrals with community agencies; participate in discharge planning.
