Job summary

Mental Health Association is seeking a full-time Clinical Coordinator to join our Community Support Services Team. Be part of the team that makes a difference in the lives of our consumers.

This role requires NJ licensure (LSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC) and an MSW or MA in a related field. A valid driver’s license is also required. The position focuses on coordinating services, conducting assessments, and supporting integrated care for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current NJ license (LSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC).
• MSW or MA from an accredited college/university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related behavioral health program.
• If licensed as marriage and family therapist, one year of experience in a community behavioral health setting or PRP certification in lieu of experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Offer services to meet consumer needs and perform therapeutic rehabilitative skill development.
• Promote integration of physical and mental health and perform a comprehensive rehab needs assessment.
• Contribute to treatment planning, coordinate and manage services, and complete required paperwork.
• Collaborate with CSS staff, participate in meetings/trainings, maintain productivity for direct service.
• Attend agency staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the CSS Director.
