BayCare Health System in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Clinical Coordinator MA to support daily clinical operations and ensure excellent patient care. You will assist Site Manager and physicians, manage patient flow, answer phones, and prepare patients for examinations.

This in-person role requires an MA certification and at least 3 years of Medical Assistant experience; high school diploma or equivalent is required. BayCare offers comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High School or Equivalent
• 3 years Medical Assistant experience
• RMA (Registered Medical Assistant), CMA (Medical Assistant), EMT or NREMT or Paramedic certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations.
• Assist Site Manager and physicians with the successful operations of the clinical staff, procedures and treatment
• Support the physician's office health care team
• Answer phones
• Screen patient's chart prior to appointment
• Interview patients and prepare them for examinations and other procedures
• Assist the physician during the exam
• Administer injections
• Perform any necessary lab work or testing
• Follow up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient
• Provides patient education
• Maintain medical equipment and take inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned.
