Responsibilities

• Monitor physician schedules and organize patient care to ensure timely visits.
• Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Support relationship-based care and uphold organizational mission and core values.
• Conduct training sessions, review patient care protocols, and ensure infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Rooms patients, takes vitals, documents visit reasons, history, and allergies per nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring clear communication for quality care.
• Audit tests for timely receipt and follow-up of results.
• Monitor nursing supplies and equipment, reporting needs to leadership.
• Delegate duties to staff and manage operational issues per quality, billing, and service standards.
• Work within organizational framework to achieve hospital and department goals.
• Provide direct patient care and lead front-line staff in daily operations.
