BayCare’s Physician Practice - Med Office in Safety Harbor, FL is hiring a Clinical Coordinator MA to oversee daily clinical operations and support physicians and the site manager. The role requires hands-on patient care, in-person collaboration, and ensuring smooth office workflows in a multi-provider setting.

The position offers full-time hours, weekday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will have CMA/RMA/EMT/NREMT or Paramedic certification and at least 3 years of Medical

Qualifications

• Must have excellent patient-facing skills and team collaboration.
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations.
• Assist Site Manager and physicians with the successful operations of the clinical staff, procedures and treatment.
• Support the physician's office health care team.
• Answer phones.
• Screen patient's chart prior to appointment.
• Interview patients and prepare them for examinations and other procedures.
• Assist the physician during the exam.
• Administer injections.
• Perform any necessary lab work or testing.
• Follow up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient.
• Provide patient education.
• Maintain medical equipment and take inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Required Certification or Licensure includes RMA (Registered Medical Assistant, CMA (Medical Assistant), EMT or NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician), or Paramedic

• Required 3 years Medical Assistant experience
