Job summary

Temple-Health seeks a Clinical Coordinator for the Capacity Management Center at Women and Families Campus. This role coordinates nursing services, ensures sufficient staffing, and facilitates bed assignments across the hospital.

Reports to Nursing Directors and collaborates with Nurse Managers to develop staff and promote quality care. Performs clinical and administrative duties as needed to maintain efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN in Acute Care with 5 years experience required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensures adequate nursing staff through effective resource management.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital.
• Directs and collaborates with department managers to expedite patient movement.
• Assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and quality care; handles clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.
