Responsibilities include directing bed assignments, collaborating with department managers, and assisting nursing leadership with staff development and quality initiatives. Requires RN license in PA, Bachelor's in Nursing, ACLS and BLS, and 5 years in acute care management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• PA RN license required.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 5 years of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services and ensure adequate staffing across the hospital.
• Facilitate bed assignments and patient flow with nurse managers and department leaders.
• Direct and collaborate with department managers to expedite patient movement.
• Support Directors of Nursing with staff development and human resource management.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties to promote quality care.
