Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in an acute care setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PA RN license; multi-state license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through management of nursing resources.
• Facilitate bed assignments and patient movement with hospital managers.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and quality of care.
