Qualifications

• BSN and active RN license.
• 8+ years combined clinical, healthcare operations, consulting, or HCIT experience.
• 3+ years optimizing healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• 1+ year clinical consulting and/or HCIT experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical SME for Oracle Millennium implementations with a focus on Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation.
• Lead clinical workflow sessions and solution optimization to support operational and financial objectives.
• Analyze clinical documentation workflows for alignment with coding, charge capture, revenue cycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide healthcare organizations in adopting best practices that improve documentation integrity, revenue performance, and compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and clinical process reviews with nursing, physician, and operational leadership.
• Partner with customer leadership to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and transformation.
• Apply Oracle methodologies to support design, configuration validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Oracle technical consultants, change management, PMs, and cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Monitor adoption and KPIs, recommending optimization strategies for clinical and operational outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and clinical leaders as a strategic advisor.
