You’ll blend clinical expertise with revenue-cycle optimization, leading workflow design, change management, and KPI-driven improvements across service lines.

The role requires clinical leadership, stakeholder facilitation, and travel up to ~60% to support engagements and post-go-live optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 8+ years of combined clinical, healthcare operations, consulting, or healthcare IT experience.
• 3+ years optimizing healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• 1+ year clinical consulting/HCIT experience.
• Experience improving clinical documentation workflows and supporting revenue integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical SME for Oracle Millennium implementations with a focus on Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation.
• Lead clinical workflow sessions and solution optimization to support operational and financial objectives.
• Analyze clinical documentation workflows for alignment with coding, charge capture, revenue cycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide organizations in adopting best practices to improve documentation, revenue performance, and compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and clinical process reviews with nursing, physician, and operational leadership.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and organizational transformation with customer leadership.
• Apply Oracle implementation methodologies to support design, configuration validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Oracle teams to ensure successful project execution.
