Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Staff Clinical Consultant – Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation to serve as a clinical advisor to federal healthcare organizations, guiding adoption and optimization of Oracle Millennium solutions. You will lead workflow design, support organizational change, and drive measurable outcomes across service lines.

The role requires RN licensure, 8+ years of clinical/HCIT experience, and travel up to ~60% across U.S. time zones, with US Citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Eight+ years in clinical, operations, consulting, or HCIT.
• Three+ years optimizing healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• One+ year clinical consulting/HCIT experience.
• Experience improving clinical documentation workflows and supporting revenue integrity.
• Understanding of clinical operations and healthcare workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through change.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across U.S. time zones including extended hours.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical SME for Oracle Millennium implementations focusing on Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation.
• Lead clinical workflow sessions and solution optimization to support objectives.
• Analyze clinical documentation workflows for coding, revenue cycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide adoption of best practices to improve documentation integrity and revenue performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and clinical process reviews with leadership.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and organizational transformation.
• Apply Oracle implementation methodologies for design, validation, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Oracle teams to ensure project execution.
• Monitor adoption and KPIs; recommend optimization strategies.
• Build relationships with executives and clinical leaders as strategic advisor.
