Position Details:

• FTE: 0.9
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts

Role Summary:

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant performs clinical tasks and coordinates patient care within the MA-C scope. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal health outcomes and patient experience, providing excellent customer service and clinic management support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and management for comprehensive care
• Perform clinical functions requiring specialized knowledge
• Advocate for ethical, holistic, and patient-centered care
• Create a safe, supportive environment for patients

Requirements:

Washington State:

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
• Current BLS Certification or in-house training eligibility
• Preferred: 1+ year clinical experience
• Exceptions for externship or residency with WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire

Idaho State:

• Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT
• WA MA-C or MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days
• Current BLS Certification
• Preferred: 1+ year clinical experience
• Exceptions similar to Washington requirements
