Position Summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is an excellent opportunity to expand your role in health care by performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure optimal health care outcomes and patient experiences, supporting the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform various functions within the clinic requiring specialized knowledge and the integration of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements

Washington State:

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
• Current BLS Certification or obtained through in-house training
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility (preferred)
• Exceptions for externship or residency candidates with active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire; WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire.

Idaho State:

• Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT
• WA state MA-C or MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days of employment
• Current BLS Certification or obtained through in-house training
• Minimum one year experience (preferred)
• Exceptions for externship or residency candidates with active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire
