Indigo Urgent Care is looking for a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to expand patient care within the MA-C scope. You will work closely with a high-collaboration team to ensure excellent patient experiences and perform essential clinical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a 0.9 FTE, day shifts from 8am to 8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts), with a base hourly rate plus several earning enhancements and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• WA MA-R certification acceptable within 7 days of hire.
• BLS certification required or obtainable via in-house program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care and for patient autonomy and dignity.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
