Job summary

Team Select Home Care of Colorado, LLC is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist who is a licensed professional nurse. The CSS supports clinical operations in the Denver area, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and care coordination under state and federal guidelines.

This role reports to the DON/DPCS/CS and involves audits, scheduling support, education for field staff, and timely documentation. A current RN license and at least one year of home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to educate field staff on processes.

Responsibilities

• Completes quality assurance audits of medical records for reimbursement and compliance.
• Assists with order tracking and physician verification processes.
• Supports care coordination and documentation in EMR.
• Educates field staff on clinical compliance and processes.
• Attends in-services and contributes to committees as assigned.
