Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Business Development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior care communities, driving referral growth and ensuring high-quality post-acute transitions. You will educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements, while collaborating with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare business development, strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare-related field, with preferred clinical background.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws affecting Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, aged care facilities, and health systems).
• Grow referrals by educating sources about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Assist patients and families through post-acute care transitions to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support care transitions and ensure quality service.
