Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Must have a valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities and others).
• Supports referral growth by educating stakeholders about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Helps navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction for patients and referral sources.
• Promotes quality care and seamless care transitions across the organization.
