Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated business development professional to serve as the primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources, including physicians and hospitals, to grow post-acute referrals. You will educate stakeholders on Enhabit services, support care transitions, and strive to improve patient outcomes while upholding regulatory requirements and quality standards.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with home health, hospice or related services preferred.
• Experience with electronic referral systems and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, and others) to grow post-acute referrals.
• Educate referral sources, patients, families, and caregivers on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction while navigating post-acute care processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
