Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dynamic healthcare business development professional to serve as the primary liaison between the company and referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and post-acute facilities.

You will educate partners on Enhabit services, program requirements, and care transitions to drive referrals and improve patient outcomes. In-office attendance is essential to achieve objectives and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or completion of an approved professional program in nursing, therapy, or social work.
• Highly preferred graduate of an approved nursing, therapy, or social work program.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health/hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, post-acute facilities, senior living communities, and other providers).
• Supports referral growth by educating referral sources about Enhabit services and requirements to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
