Job summary

Arizona Department of Child Safety seeks a Program Supervision Coach to build workforce proficiency in safety assessment, clinical supervision, case management, and the DCS Management System.

Under supervision, you will coach staff in SAFE AZ, Youth Thrive, and family engagement, while observing practices and providing feedback to support continuous learning and a strong safety culture. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years as a DCS Program Supervisor.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must secure CPS Central Registry clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct coaching on SAFE AZ, Protective Factors Framework, Youth Thrive, and related models.
• Observes and gives feedback on clinical supervision and DCS Management System use.
• Facilitates training for new leaders and coaches; leads group learning activities.
• Travels regionally as needed to fulfill job functions.
