Corewell Health in Big Rapids, MI is seeking a team member to perform clinical and clerical tasks within the Rehab Big Rapids Care Center. You will contribute to patient care under supervision while supporting administrative workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, RN or Provider, along with department guidelines and safety procedures. On-site schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with day shifts and standard hours.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent or GED, vocational training, related classes or relevant experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience clinical care preferred.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.

Responsabilités

• Serve in a clinical and clerical role delivering quality patient care under supervision of a therapist, rehabilitation management, RN or Provider.
• Provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in value-driven health care services.
• Perform activities per department guidelines and communicate observations to health care team members.
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning duties related to department operations.
