Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS or ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required within 90 days.
• 2 years of Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support experience preferred.
• 2 years of clinical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and clerical support in a team-based setting.
• Perform patient rooming, collect and report vitals and health information.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in/out, and insurance authorization processes.
• Support documentation and administrative tasks to ensure efficient patient care.
