Qualifications

• ASCP-BOC certification (MLT/MT/MLA/Histologists) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of technical, clerical, and service employees.
• Plan, organize, assign, and schedule duties and responsibilities of Laboratory staff.
• Assist technologists with technical issues and interpretation of results.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for SOPs, records, and reports.
