Qualifications

• Associates degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field (CADC or CADC intern preferred).
• 1+ year experience in chemical dependency or psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
• Completes required assessments and screenings.
• Liaises between clinical and utilization review teams.
• Facilitates psychoeducational groups as directed.
• Shares information with team from clients/families.
• Has group facilitation duties as needed.
• Assists with utilization review documentation.
• Provides holiday and on-call/weekend coverage.
• Assists with chart documentation and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
