Under the direction of the Division of Mental Health Adult Partial Care Program Director, the APC Case Manager (CM) provides services geared toward assisting individuals to work toward their valued social role(s). The CM is responsible to provide services consistent with the agency’s mission and wellness / recovery principles. The CM should be able to report the status of their caseload of consumers at any time, including crises and psychiatric concerns, to the Program Director. The CM should also be a team player, and be able to accept feedback and, at times, constructive criticism as a part of the supervision process. Documentation timeliness is an integral part of this position.
