Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or college coursework related to this position is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience working in a Behavioral Healthcare Facility.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general case management functions and coordinate daily needs.
• Assist clients with securing resources and aftercare planning.
• Coordinate third-party records requests and liaise with admissions and clinical staff.
• Participate in weekly Treatment Team Meetings and group facilitation.
• Maintain communication with clients’ social supports and document all activities.
