Community Care Alliance is seeking a Clinical Case Manager for the Infant Supervised Visitation Program in Woonsocket, RI. The role focuses on babies aged 0-2 and their parents, conducting center-based visits weekly and transitioning to home visits as reunification progresses.
Training in evidence-based bonding approaches is provided. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; experience with high-risk populations is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Infant Supervised Visitation Program:
If you are passionate about working with babies 0-2 and their parents please consider this opportunity. We are a team of Clinical Case Managers who provide supervised visitation to babies placed in DCYF foster care and their parents. Our staffs are trained in evidence-based approaches that promote bonding and attachment. We coach sessions between parents and children using a strength-based, client-centered approach. We are a small, diverse team that is passionate about reunification and family preservation. Each Clinical Case Manager manages a small caseload and conducts center-based visits on a weekly basis. Once the family begins the reunification process, visits move to the parents\' home. We provide post-reunification support through home-visiting and case management. Familiarity with DCYF, working with parents, and community resources is a plus, but we are open to train enthusiastic and committed candidates. We maintain a positive and supportive team atmosphere. Our schedules are flexible within a 40-hour workweek.
Education/Licensing Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field and experience with high-risk populations and bilingual English/ Spanish preferred.
