Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. is seeking a Case Coordinator to manage cases under supervision of a licensed clinical provider. The role involves collaboration with internal and external teams to support individuals served in our programs.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), meeting Registered Behavior Technician requirements, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, plus a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet Registered Behavior Technician requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must have satisfactory background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload assigned by supervisor or department head and collaborates with team members.
• Monitors and documents programmatic/clinical support; reports data as required.
• Completes all required documentation and maintains electronic records.
• Attends and contributes to team meetings; communicates with stakeholders.
