Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Leominster, MA is seeking a Case Coordinator to manage cases under licensed clinical supervision. Schedule is M-F 8a-4p; location Leominster.

Pay is $20-$23 hourly, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities include caseload management, program oversight, documentation, and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, RBT requirements, and driving license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Must meet Registered Behavior Technician requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload assigned by supervisor, director, or department head.
• Develop and oversee implementation of behavior, treatment, educational, or medication support plans, as applicable.
• Train managers, DSP leads, etc. on any plans or individual specific training.
• Monitor, verify, and document programmatic or clinical support or service provision; ensure accurate reporting.
• Complete all required documentation and meet deadlines; attend team meetings.
