Key duties include checking prescriptions for accuracy, performing ingredient calculations, counseling patients, and advising providers on appropriate therapy and dosing for personalized care.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD (required).
• Active AZ Pharmacist license.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of state laws.
• Ability to read and apply clinical knowledge.
• Experience with call center software.

Responsibilities

• Check prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Perform calculations to ensure ingredients are measured properly.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with patients and providers.
