The position requires current CPR certification, eligibility for medical assistant certification, and the ability to operate electronic health records and practice management software. Travel between locations may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum High School / GED or completion of a Medical Assistant program.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Certification within CMS Meaningful Use requirements may be required.
• CPR certification required per policy.

Mansioni

• Prepares and rooms patients within the clinical practice setting according to standardized work flows.
• Accurately obtains patient vital signs.
• Accurately documents patient information, patient history, and medication screening.
• Prepares exam room for patient visit.
