Blue Jay Assisted Living in Green Bay, WI is seeking a compassionate Clinical Care Director to lead and oversee clinical operations and resident care services. You will conduct assessments, care planning, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

An active LPN license is strongly preferred, with 1–3 years of leadership in assisted living or healthcare. You will mentor a clinical team, coordinate with physicians and pharmacies, and drive quality outcomes while upholding HIPAA,
