Job summary

Brenwood Park Assisted Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinical Care Director to lead our 46-bed community and champion a compassionate, resident-centered culture. You will oversee clinical operations and resident care services.

An active LPN license is strongly preferred. You will recruit and mentor a clinical team, ensure HIPAA and infection control, and coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification as required.
• Passion for serving older adults and supporting team development.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors while building a strong, resident-centered culture.
