Qualifications

• CMA certification or CMA training program diploma/associate degree is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides management-level operational support to ensure safe, efficient facility operation.
• Responds to emergencies, outages, staffing or patient-flow issues requiring resources or management intervention.
• Coordinates services with health-care team to provide patient-centered care.
