Job summary

Your Health in Blue Ridge, GA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support clinical operations and ensure seamless patient care. You will prepare and organize charts, schedule visits, log chronic care management activities, and help providers and patients with inquiries and documentation.

This full-time, 8-hour daily role (Mon-Fri) requires CMA or licensed nurse credentials, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between offices as needed. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA or licensed nurse credential in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize patient records for visits.
• Ensure documentation and results are accessible for providers.
• Maintain up-to-date patient demographics and contact info.
