CarePath Injury Centers in Reading, PA is seeking a Clinical Care Assistant for full-time or part-time roles with flexibility to travel to Reading and Allentown facilities. The position initially splits time between two offices, with potential transition to full-time in Reading, PA.

You will support our clinical team by handling patient check-in, paperwork, scheduling in the EHR, follow-ups for no-shows, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in and scheduling.
• Coordinate paperwork and EHR data entry.
