Job summary

CarePath Injury Centers in Philadelphia is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Care Assistant to greet patients, manage check-in/out, and schedule in our EHR system. You will also follow up on no-shows and cancellations while supporting a dynamic clinical team across our offices.

A Health-related Bachelor's degree is preferred, with willingness to travel regionally among Old City, NE Philly, Port Richmond and Germantown. Bilingual English/Spanish is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Ability to learn and operate an EHR.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming environment.
• Check-in, check-out and scheduling in the EHR system.
• Follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
• Handle phone calls and obtain necessary patient records.
• Maintain sanitary protocols and clean exam rooms as needed.
• Assist the clinical team and learn documentation standards.
