Job summary

Temple-Health seeks a Clinical Coord-Capacity Management Center for the 36HR Night Flex shift at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia. This role coordinates nursing services, ensures adequate staff, and guides bed assignments across the organization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with 5+ years in acute care and a nursing leadership background, holding a BSN and current PA RN license, ACLS and BLS. You will partner with nurse managers and department leaders to promote quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years RN experience in Acute Care required.
• General experience in clinical management.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• PA RN license required.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. Ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources. Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital. Directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate and expedite patient movement. Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development, human resource management, and in promoting quality care. Responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.
