Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Nursing Administrator to coordinate delivery of nursing services across the organization. The role ensures adequate nursing staff through effective resource management and supports high-quality patient care in a complex hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 5 years of RN experience in acute care and has leadership experience in clinical management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting required.
• General experience in clinical management preferred.
