Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or equivalent) in Olympia, WA. This role ensures regulatory compliance, develops PBSPs, and implements behavior support protocols tailored to each client. Requires BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA licensure and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following licenses: BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related field.
• Experience providing behavioral support for individuals with autism, ID, behavioral disorders or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients individually.
• Develop Initial PBSP and updates.
• Collect, organize, and analyze behavioral data.
• Train direct staff on PBSP and review data weekly.
• Ensure PBSPs are implemented and services delivered as designed.
• Provide training to residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans.
• Attend client care committee and planning meetings.
• Collaborate with Behavior Support Director, teachers, guardians, caseworkers, medical staff and direct staff.
