Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or similar) to lead supported living services in Everett, WA. You will develop PBSPs, implement behavior support protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance across licenses.

Responsibilities include training staff, reviewing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and attending planning meetings. Requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience and active certification.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the listed professional certifications (BCBA or equivalent).
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in human services.
• Experience delivering behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSPs and update as needs change.
• Train residential staff on behavioral plans and PBSPs.
• Collect, organize, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and center requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement behavioral plans.
