On Your Mark is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) to join our interdisciplinary team. The BIS will implement psychological support, conduct assessments, develop behavioral support plans, and provide psycho-education to staff supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field, knowledge of Autism/IDD, and experience delivering behavioral services.

Formación

Master’s degree in a clinical and/or treatment field of psychology.
Knowledge of Autism, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, and individual differences.
Knowledge of clinical best practices in behavioral sciences.
Experience providing behavioral services to individuals with IDD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsabilidades

Collaborates with staff across programs to develop intervention strategies for behavioral modification and support.
Performs Functional Behavioral Assessments and creates individualized behavioral support plans.
Maintains knowledge of standard psychometric assessment instruments used with the population.
Trains Direct Support Professionals and other staff on behavioral interventions and diagnoses.
Monitors implementation of behavior support plans and data collection with programs.
Completes clinical notes, summaries, and behavioral objectives as needed.
