Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, or related human service field.
• LMSW/LCSW licensure required or eligibility for exemption under NYS Education Law.
• 2 years' experience with individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans.
• Coordinate with IDT team and ensure informed consent for behavior plans.
• Attend various meetings and provide training on behavior support plans.
