Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) seeks a BCBA to design, oversee, and optimize individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will collaborate with families, supervise field staff, and coordinate with external providers to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment planning, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development, with full-time opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• LBS or equivalent state licensure as required.
• BACB supervision training completed.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for an assigned caseload of clients with autism.
• Conduct skill-based and behavioral assessments using validated tools to establish baselines and plan treatment.
• Perform FBAs and develop BIPs with evidence-based strategies.
• Develop measurable treatment goals and review programming using data-driven decisions.
• Analyze progress data to evaluate effectiveness and adjust interventions.
• Ensure programming/docs comply with BACB Ethics, payer requirements, and state regs.
• Maintain clinical records including notes, updates, and insurance docs.
• Provide structured supervision to BHTs and RBTs per BACB standards.
• Observe sessions, deliver feedback, and ensure readiness for independent practice.
• Train and onboard supervisees with competency assessments and logs.
• Coordinate with families, primary care, school staff, and other professionals.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.

Current BCBA certification.

Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) or equivalent state licensure.
