Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join an interdisciplinary team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays. You will deliver focused behavioral intervention services and work with BCBA supervision to implement individualized plans.

You will collaborate with families, document progress, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
• Previous experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental delays preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and families; commitment to collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with ASD and developmental delays across language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine/gross motor, and communication development
• Collaborate with BCBA and supervising BCaBA to design and implement individualized behavior service plans
• Deliver direct ABA and group services to children and families, maintaining accurate case notes and progress
• Communicate effectively with supervising BCaBA or BCBA, clients and families for seamless program implementation and progress updates
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions
