Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) seeks a skilled BCBA to lead individualized ABA programming for children with autism and related disabilities. You will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based treatment plans for an assigned caseload, collaborating with families and supervising staff to ensure high-quality care.

As the clinical lead on your caseload, you will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, track progress with data, and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure as required.
• BACB supervision training completed.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA treatment programs for an assigned caseload of clients with autism and related disabilities.
• Conduct skill-based and behavioral assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement FBAs and BIPs with data-driven strategies.
• Create measurable treatment goals and review progress regularly.
• Ensure documentation adheres to BACB ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate care with families, supervise staff, and collaborate with other providers.
